1/2 Cup Fresh Figs Diced | |
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds | |
6 Almonds | |
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon | |
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds |
For Dressing
1 Teaspoon Honey | |
1/2 Cup Diced Fruits of your Choice |
Directions

Step 1:
In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey (optional). Stir well to combine.
