2 Cans or 400gms of Tuna drained
1/2 Onion Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
1/2 Cup Cucumber Diced
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander and Mint Chopped
1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ginger & garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then, brush the tuna steaks with this mixture.
