500GMS Thick Curd or Yogurt Buy Fresh
2 TBSP Sugar
2 Mango Ripen
1 Apple Diced
1 Pomogranate Peeled
2 slices Water Melon chunks
1 Banana Ripen
1 Carrot Finely Chopped
For Dressing



Prepare the Fruits:

Peel and dice the ripe mangoes and carrot. Peel and remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Dice the apple and the watermelon into small pieces. Slice the banana and grate/dice the carrot.
You can choose the fruits of your choice.

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

In a mixer jar, add the thick curd or yogurt. Then, add 2 TBSP of sugar and the diced mango pieces into the jar and grind them well.
Mangoes combines with yogurt and forms a creamy and tasty mango batter then transfer it to a bowl.

Add the Fruits:

On top of the mango yogurt layer, add a layer of diced mangoes, apple and carrot pieces, banana slices, watermelon chunks, and add a layer of pomegranate seeds on top.
Mix it well every time you add a fruit pieces into the mango yogurt mixture. This is to make sure the dessert is not overloaded with fruits and less mango yogurt.

To garnish, add some cherries or other berries of your choice to make your mango yogurt fruit delight dessert colorful before serving.
In case, if you don't have cherries or berries available at home then you can garnish using some fruit pieces we used to make the dessert. For example: Few diced mango pieces, watermelon chunks, diced apple and carrot. Feel free to customize this recipe by using other seasonal fruits of your choice or adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.
