Nuts - Cashew, Badam, and Walnuts Nuts of your choice. |
Directions

Take a large bowl
Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder and whisk together.
Keep it aside.

Now take another bowl
Whisk together the melted butter and sugar until they are well combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, whisking until just combined.
Add some nuts to get the crunchy taste while eating the smooth brownie.

Preheat a large pot with a tight-fitting lid on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, take a baking dish apply some oil or ghee or butter and pour the batter into the dish and smooth out the surface.

Place the dish into the preheated pot and cover with the lid.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
Remove the baking dish from the pot and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Add chocolate or chocolate syrup and serve!
You can enjoy them plain or add your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, nuts, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
